Her Dougal flaw: She's mute. But her necklace is a powerful treasure that allows her to speak with a chimerical voice. However, it's chimerical, not wyrd, so she has to use sign language with mortals. She also has a tendancy to lose her voice in places with high banality, for the same reason.
Pencil, with apparently, my pen scrawl down at the bottom that I didn't delete during the scan. I usually prefer not having my handwriting on the image, but I guess it's not hurting anything. *shrug*
